 My school’s name is G/ St. Theresa’s Girls’ College💙. St. Theresa Balika Maha Vidyalaya whish is identified as the only girls' school established in Elpitiya Zone , boasts of a proud history😍💕 .

 

As a school which houses Grades 6 to 13, the student population is around 1000 and the academic staff exceeds 44. Their courage and dedication have been helpful to develop the school to a top level. The present principal of the school is H.T. Disani De Alwis Abeysiriwardana is assisted by two deputy principals . The school is doing very well in academics through the efforts of a dedicated group of teachers. Its results at the public exams indicate that the school’s academic standards have been rising over the years. Annually 90% of the G.C.E.(O/L) students qualify to follow their Advanced Levels.💙👊👍






💙💙Theresa BMV offers Arts and Commerce for the Advanced Level and each year the school improves its G.C.E. (A/L) results. Furthermore, the number of its university entrants also increases yearly👊👌😍. Theresa BMV provides facilities for nearly all sports including Athletics, Netball, Volleyball and Karate. The netball and volleyball teams frequently win top spots at various provincial competitions. 

 


 


 In 2025, we celebrated its 100th anniversary with great grandeur. 😍I had the honor to participate as a proud former student. During the celebration, I got to meet my beloved sisters, teachers, and a large group of old classmates.😎👥 We spent the day with immense joy, making memories that will forever remain in our hearts. G/ St. Theresa’s will always be a name to be proud of.💙👊💫

A trip i went

 A trip I went   It was a beautiful day .I couldn't bear until that day came😀, and the day came at last, first i woke up and i got prepared and hopped on the bus with my family. it was a bit long journey, little by little we came to our destination. the place i went was Katharagama, but first we went to our sisters house because it was close to Katharagama. after we went there our sister suggested there is a wonderful river with nice place🌊🌊. then we went to Kiriwehera, we bought flowers and prayed them to Kiriwehera. before we went to the Katharagama pujava we went to manik river to wash our feet's, then we went to Katharagama pujava, after that we went to Gandevalaya.  It was the best day of my life i will never forget that day. thank you for listening to my story.........💖💖💖
